To qualify for this event runners must finish in the top 20 (plus ties) in the Aggregate Points Table and/or have completed 10 BAC races during the season.

This race is run under Sealed Handicap conditions.  The results of the Dick Kitt Final are added to the scores in the Aggregate and the highest points scorer is announced as the winner of the Aggregate Award on Presentation Night.
