Nick Edwards has won Race 9 of the BAC Season today over a distance of 5km held at Mandurang Cricket Ground in cold and windy conditions.

In his 3rd race this season after joining the Army earlier this year, Nick put in another strong run to win by 18 seconds, running an impressive time on the hilly course in 21mins 58 secs.

In second place was Dale Lowe who has had a super consistent season, a win surely not too far away. Third place went to Phil Noden who came home like a steam train and also had the fastest time. Fastest female was Ingrid Douglass.

In the 3k event Donna Todd cruised to an easy win in 16:05, with Samantha Wilson taking second in 19:53.  In third place was Samantha's sister Jessica Wilson who finished in 23:07, just ahead of their mother Nicole.

Next week is a break and then we have Race 10 on Sunday 28th July over 3km at Crusoe No.7.
