Race 5 of the BAC season was won in convincing style by Amanda Heard. Starting from a10 minute handicap Amanda ran strongly right from the start with a mission of making it another win for the Shepparton Crew. Amazingly, Amanda is the fourth runner this season from the Crew who make the impressive weekly trip from Shepparton to run with the BAC. It sure is paying off for them in 2019, well deserved to all.

In second place, and the fastest female was Ingrid Douglass who put in a brilliant run. Third and Fourth place went to the ever consistent Dale Lowe and Luke Matthews. Fastest male went to Josh Sait, for the fifth run in succession. Well done Josh.

In the 3k event Kylie Stevenson improved her time by a minute from last week, finishing first in 18:26 from the consistent Justine Graham second in 19:46 with Isabella Ellis third in 20:37.
